President Ngobi's Bodyguard: Click on any vehicle in the picture above for a close up shot.

President Ngobi is extremely paranoid, he lives in the constant fear of assasination and never travels anywhere without a large escort drawn from his personal bodyguard. The picture above shows his normal entourage parked outside a Radio Setumsia relay station, but the escort column is the same size even if he's just popping out to the shops. As can be seen here Ngobi's escort packs formidable firepower with two jeeps mounting .50 cal HMGs and a technical mounting a quad AA gun. Not pictured ahere re the lorries carrying the bodyguard infantry who are deployed round the radio station perimiter.

Ngobi's personal bodyguard consists mainly of fanatically loyal soldiers drawn from his own tribe, some are his illegitimate sons and many more are blood relatives, though he also employs mercenaries, mainly European special forces veterans. These troops are extremely well trained by local standards and are greatly feared by all other factions in the Ztum-Setum wars. The bodyguard's sole reason for existing is to protect Ngobi so they are hardly ever committed to battle.
